Important things to know:
The new login for MSDNAA is MSDNAA Online Software System. Your username and password should have been emailed to you prior to the semester starting. If you did not receive this email, then please request login information from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Many of the files available for download are of the type .iso extension. This requires you to burn the .iso or CD image onto a CD or DVD.
1. What is my username?
Check your email for records of this. It is most likely your aggiemail or cc.usu.edu email addres s.
2. What is my password?
The MSDNAA website has a reset password feature. Please use that. Request additional help from email@example.com
3. How come my download freezes or looses connection?
This could mean that you have a bad Internet connection. Try downloading it from campus. The number one reason for this is that you are not connected to the USU VPN. Download instructions from http://www.it.usu.edu/htm/downloads for setting up your VPN.
4. How do I get an additional download when my first copy is bad?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to have the System Administrator reset your download limits.
5. How else can I acquire copies of the software?
The software is available for free download, purchasing a physical copy online, or by checking it out from the CS Main Office.
To request a login account, email your name, your cc email address and the CS class that you are currently enrolled in email@example.com.
