The Reactive Action Package (RAP) system was developed by Jim Firby in the late 1980's and early 1990's. The RAP system is a system for controlling autonomous agents. It provides a behavior programming language and an interpreter for it. In principle, the RAP system can function on top of any skill system that programmatically controls the capabilities of an autonomous agent. This software contains a skill system for Microsoft agents which is connected to the RAP system via CL-MSAGENT.
