  • Her group is investigating new technologies for analyzing, searching, and protecting multimedia data, with a focus on digital images. Recent contributions of her group include the long-term learning-based relevance feedback techniques to bridge the semantic gap for facilitating image retrieval, the content-based digital watermarking techniques to improve the robustness of copyrighted images against geometric distortions, and robust and high-capacity data embedding techniques to make the embedded message undetected by blind steganalysis tools. Her group has been actively collaborating with other researchers in different fields.
